Mr. Walter C. Windsor is a dedicated Christian leader and servant of the Gospel with a passion for missions, discipleship, and advancing the Kingdom of God.

 

His primary commitment is to W.I.S.H. Ministries (Win-Son International Servants Heart), which he founded in 2019 and continues to lead as Board Chairman. This ministry serves as the central focus of his calling, facilitating strategic support for evangelism, church planning, discipleship, and mercy ministries around the world.
